Room Reservation

The facilities of the Digital Library Space can be booked by UZH members for specific group events such as lectures, workshops, or training sessions.

Please note that reservations:

• must be made at least 10 days prior to the desired date, and

• require a minimum of 5 participants.

• Exclusive use of the space is not possible; no areas can be closed off for meetings or events.

• The room is not suitable for hybrid meetings, as other users may continue to use the space and converse during that time.

Use of the room is based on mutual respect among all attendees.
In this context, a reservation serves primarily to secure space and does not grant exclusive use of the facilities.
