Why is our relationship with animals so complicated? What is society's attitude towards meat substitutes? And what does ethnology have to do with honey? We will be presenting these and other topics on Friday, March 22.
On BiblioWeekend, many libraries in Switzerland will be opening their doors and showing off their gourmet side - because this year's motto is "To the table!" and is all about food. We are also taking part and inviting you to lectures, exhibitions and games on the subject of food, most of them on the UZH Campus Oerlikon.
